India vs Pakistan ICC T20 World Cup: How to watch the match live in India

We are going to see a lot of firecrackers in action as India plays against Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup today. The Indian and Pakistani teams are part of group 2, and they have already played a warm-up match with Australia and England, respectively. This is not the first time the teams are facing each other this year as they competed in Asia Cup, wherein the teams played two matches and won a match each. Those include Star Sports TV channels (in multiple languages) and a live stream on the Disney+ Hotstar app. It is important to highlight that neither of the mediums is free; hence, fans should either have the TV channel in their subscription list or an active membership of Disney+ Hotstar. As mentioned earlier, the action will be live from 01:30 PM IST on October 23, 2022, i.e., today. In Pakistan, Ten Sports and PTV Sports will air the match live.

For those who are not subscribed to either Star Sports TV channels or the Disney+ Hotstar app, sportssunfold.com mentions that the Indian matches will also be available to watch on the DD Sports channel. Another option for fans could be watching the match live. Those who had plans to watch the action on the pitch must have already gotten the tickets from T20WorldCup.com and will head to the Melbourne Cricket Ground today.

For facing each other in Super 12, India and Pakistan will come on the field with their best players. Indian opener Rohit Sharma is the captain of the match. Other names in the playing 11 are KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Hooda, Rishabh Pant, Dinesh Karthik, Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin, Yuzvendra Chazal, Axar Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Arshdeep Singh, Mohammad Shami.

As far as the opponent team is concerned, Babar Azam is the captain, and playing 11 include Shadab Khan, Asif Ali, Haider Ali, Haris Rauf, Iftikhar Ahmed, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Wasim, Naseem Shah, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shan Masood, Usman Qadir.
